The minister stressed that “despite the difficulties in global development, our practical cooperation always moves forward, maintains a positive trend both in quantity and quality.”

The key to the development is the guidance of the two heads of state, Wang said, adding that shared needs in development, stable internal impetus and solid foundation of public opinion are factors contributing to bilateral cooperation.
