Fukushima radioactive water leakage accident once again demonstrates TEPCO management disorder: Chinese FM

The accident in Fukushima once again demonstrates the deep-rooted problems of disorder and chaos in the internal management of Japan’s Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO).
