Huang was found to have transported 38.04 grams of methamphetamine through express delivery.
Despite Huang denying the charges, authorities put forward 23 supplementary investigation suggestions to the investigative organs, enhancing the evidence. Huang was sentenced to 13 years and three months in prison in accordance with law, Chen said.
