China is welcoming a flurry of European officials as Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held the second China-Portugal strategic dialogue at the foreign ministers’ level with Portugal’s Minister of State and Foreign Affairs Paulo Rangel in Beijing on Tuesday.
